Host an Event or Fundraiser

Stop CMV welcomes the support of individuals and community organizations who want to help advance our mission to increase CMV awareness, provide outreach, and promote advocacy. Events or fundraising projects held by individuals or organizations to benefit Stop CMV that are not under the organization's immediate control are known as external events/projects.

For more information about hosting an event or fundraising project to benefit Stop CMV, contact us at events@stopcmv.org and provide the following information in your email:

  • Event/project host's name (your name)
  • Type/name of event or project
  • Location (city, state and venue)
  • Event/project date (estimated)
  • What will you need help with to plan and host this event/project? (Please list areas of concern as they relate to your event/project. If you need help with everything, please note this.)
  • Names of event/project coordinators (People who will help you plan and host the event/project)
  • Contact phone number

NOTE: Prior approval must be obtained from Stop CMV whenever it is publicized as a designated beneficiary of an external event or fundraising project.
